Catherine & William SPOTTED Bringing Children To Celebrate King Charles 76th Birthday Party

The Post hears that the royals are expected to mark Charles’ birthday with an intimate celebration this weekend at Highgrove House — the king and queen’s private residence.
“It won’t be a big affair,” a palace source tells The Post exclusively. “A normal dinner that will include a birthday cake.”
Indeed, the cancer-stricken king’s former personal butler has told The Post that “weekends are downtime for the royals.”
Grant Harrold — who worked for Charles for seven years when he was the Prince of Wales — said the royal “usually keeps his birthday quite low-key if they’re not milestones.”
“When I was there, I typically saw phone calls from the family, messages from the public, a selection of birthday cards that are put in front of him so he can see them,” Harrold added.
To mark the special day, Charles will be rolling up his sleeves and getting involved with his Coronation Food Project — an initiative he launched on his 75th birthday last year to combat food waste in the UK.
The king will cut the ribbon to open a new food bank that is hosting a “food festival” on Thursday, with meals cooked with produce that would have otherwise gone to waste. While there, Charles will also install an industrial freezer.

It’s unclear if Queen Camilla will join her husband at the event after she was forced to pull the plug on several royal engagements following a chest infection.

The royal family’s official X account shared a sweet tribute on Thursday to mark the monarch’s special day.

“🎂 Wishing His Majesty The King a very Happy Birthday today,” the post read, alongside a photo of the king donning a navy suit atop a crisp white shirt and blue tie.
The Prince and Princess of Wales also shared a birthday message on their own X account, writing, “Wishing a very Happy Birthday to His Majesty The King,” alongside a snap of Charles during his recent visit to Australia.

It’s understood that Charles’ youngest son, Prince Harry, has yet to reach out.

King Charles will celebrate his 76th birthday on November 14, launching food distribution hubs to combat food waste. Traditional celebrations include gun salutes and a reception for international nurses at Buckingham Palace.
King Charles is set to celebrate his 76th birthday on November 14, focusing on tackling food waste and supporting communities in need. As part of his Coronation Food Project, the monarch plans to launch two food distribution hubs to bridge the gap between surplus food and hunger.

The King is expected to personally open one of the hubs in South London, which will host a “surplus food festival”. This event will feature meals prepared from food that would otherwise go to waste.

Another hub in Northern England will be inaugurated virtually. These hubs are designed to support food charities like FareShare and the Felix Project, enabling them to deliver surplus food to vulnerable communities more effectively.

According to Buckingham Palace, since the project was introduced in 2023, it has helped save approximately 940 tonnes of surplus food, translating into over 2.2 million meal portions for those in need.

The King has long advocated for environmental sustainability and emphasises the importance of addressing food waste and scarcity through such initiatives.

Traditional royal celebrations will also mark the King’s birthday. Gun salutes are planned at the Tower of London and in the capital’s parks to honour the milestone, Reuters reported.

King Charles will also host a special reception at Buckingham Palace for Indian nurses and midwives, alongside other international medics contributing to the NHS.

Around 400 nurses and midwives from India, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Kenya will attend.
